POINT's mission is to manufacture and sell furniture and accessories for the home, hotel and garden all over the world. All this is the result of a complex design process, always based on criteria of prudence, profitability, flexibility and innovation; seeking the satisfaction of our customers and employees and always inspiring in them the confidence of dealing with a professional organisation.
We are INNOVATION: international outdoor furniture company present in more than 70 countries, with more than 40 collections and 300 products that dress more than 1,000 interior design projects all over the world.
We are CRAFTSMEN: POINT's success is the result of a combination of craftsmanship, tradition and a constant search for excellence in the quality of our products. Outdoor furniture designed thanks to the commitment and passion of our designers and our professional craftsmen, whose families, with several generations, have been with us since 1920.
We are DESIGN: POINT has been able to create partnerships with an extensive list of designers who have contributed their talent and ideas to the company's catalogue.
POINT approaches the Quality and Environment System as a way of organising its business life, basing it on basic pillars such as the Quality of its Service and Processes, all as a result of Continuous Improvement.
Therefore, the Management declares the Quality and Environmental System, in accordance with the requirements of the International Standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and UNE EN ISO 14001:2015 with the following scope:
Design, manufacture and distribution of outdoor elements and furniture.
As a strategic and priority objective, finding its foundations and commitments in the fulfilment of the following points:
- We adopt the maxim that the quality of our service is a key and necessary factor for the survival of our company. This factor and its continuous improvement of the quality system, the eco-design and the environmental performance of the products throughout their life cycle will be the responsibility of each and every one of the people who make up the staff, with all the members of POINT assuming the permanent commitment to comply with the requirements, both legal and regulatory, when carrying out their work. For this reason, the Management will dedicate the necessary resources so that, through training, the Quality and Environmental Objectives can be successfully achieved.
- Establish a sustainable use of consumption and optimal control of waste generated by the activity we provide, as a fundamental basis to promote our company's commitment to environmental protection and pollution prevention and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with the environment around us.
- Quality is based on a Continuous Improvement Plan for both the service provision processes and the efficiency of the Quality and Environmental System, in which preventing errors is a fundamental aspect.
- To project an image to the outside world of the company focused on improving customer and stakeholder satisfaction, for which we will train and raise staff awareness in this area, encouraging active participation.
- Prevent and reduce the impacts and risks arising from our activities as a result of the services provided to our customers.
- To increase the performance and general efficiency of the company, taking into account the needs of our clients and the evolution of these needs. To this end, the Company's strategy and the fulfilment of the Objectives will be periodically reviewed, the framework of reference for which is the principles adopted in this declaration.
This commitment requires attitudes of collaboration and participation at all levels; to this end, the information, communication and increased competence of the personnel are indispensable.
